Please review our return policy and process below.

Exchange or store credit only

While we aren’t able to offer refunds, we’re delighted to provide you with an exchange or store credit for any returned items. This way, you can find something that’s just right for you.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you find any damage or defects, please notify us immediately, as your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act remain intact.

Return Window

If your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return it. To qualify for a return:

  • Your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Unfortunately, returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@babycamp.co.nz with the following details:

  1. Your order number and proof of purchase.
  2. Photos showing that the item(s) haven’t been used and are in their original condition.
  3. A brief explanation of why you’d like to return it.

Once we’ve approved your return request, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns must be sent with a tracking number.

  • Ensure that the item(s) are packed securely to avoid any damage during shipping, as you will be responsible for any damage that occurs in transit.
  • Please use a tracked shipping method with insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost packages.

Return Exceptions

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following situations:

  • Change of mind or if the item(s) does not meet your expectations.
  • Damage caused by customer use or if the item(s) is not in its original condition or packaging.
  • Delivery delays or receiving the item after the required date.
  • Damage reported more than 14 days after delivery.
